EV·YE Studio reserves the right to void all service, return, and other policies for orders and EV·YE Studio products that were purchased through unauthorized sellers. EV·YE Studio is not responsible for any representations by unauthorized sellers.

Applicable Law
The agreement formed between EV·YE Studio and You shall be deemed to be a contract made in Singapore and shall be subject to, governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Singapore for every purpose and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
